Clinical renal characteristics and serologies FGN 환자는 전형적으로 nephritic/nephrotic syndrome with proteinuria, hematuria, renal insufficiency, and hypertension 의 임상양상을 보인다. 거의 대부분의 환자의 경우 단백뇨를 보였으며, 보고된 평균 소변 단백뇨의 양은 4.1~7.3 g/day 였다. 완전한 nephrotic syndrome 의 경우 25~69% 경우에서 보고되었다. 반면 microhematuria 는 52~95% 에서 보고되었다. 2/3 의 환자들이 진단 당시 renal insufficiency 를 보였다. 평균 serum Cr 은 2.1~3.7 mg/dL 였다. … 더 읽기
