사구체신염

Glomerulonephritis Glomerular hematuria   Hematuria 는 HPF 상에서 3개 이상의 RBC 가 보일 때 혈뇨가 있다고 할 수 있으며, dipstick 상에서 positive 가 나왔다고하여 hematuria 는 아니다. 사구체성 질환에 좀 더 특이적인 소견으로는 Dysmorphic RBC, Proteinuria, Cellular cast 가 있다.
